Find out who has or has not submitted a form and when. Also display the data collected as a report and export it to Excel.
- To view form responses, select Display Report at the top of the page.
You can filter your view by:
Sent to: select whether you'd like to see all recipients and responses, all recipients or a particular group or class.
Status: select submitted or not submitted to see who has or hasn't submitted a completed form.
Date: select all dates or a specific date the form was sent.
Exporting form reports
- To export an excel file of those who responded and those who did not respond, select Export This List to CSV at the top of the report.
- To export all form responses regardless of whom the form was sent to, select Export All Responses to CSV at the bottom of the report.
You can remind the recipients who have not responded by sending a reminder message.
