Adding file lists

Add a list of files to your Firefly page, such as past papers for students to access and work through in their own time.

  1. In the editor toolbar, choose More... > File List.
  2. Choose Select Files From Your Computer.
  3. Select your files, then choose Open

    Any type of file can be added to a Firefly page: Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoints and PDFs.

  4. Select Add File List.

The file list is added to your page. By default, files are displayed in ascending alphabetical order. You can easily reorder files in a file list if you want to.

You can also create a file list by dragging and dropping four or more files straight onto your Firefly page!
You can also add individual files or a gallery to your page.
