Who can edit my page?

Change who can edit your page or set up pages so that they can be worked on collaboratively by individual students or by groups.

  1. Go to the page you want to edit the settings for, then select Edit Page.
  2. Select the arrow next to Publish or Done.
  3. In the Page Options window, select Advanced. The list of people who can currently edit the page is displayed next to the Who can edit this? heading.
  4. Choose Add to add users or groups to this list.
  5. Type the name of a person or group, or select from the pre-populated lists. Multiple groups or people can be added. 
  6. Select Add.
  7. Select Done.
  8. Select Publish or Done for your changes to go live.

You can define who can see your page and who can comment on your page.
