As well as being notified when a form is filled in, you can also set up forms so that you receive feedback when a submitted request has been approved.
Form approvers can either be individuals or a group. If you have multiple individuals, they all need to approve the form before the email is sent. If you use a group, only one member of that group needs to approve the form before the email is sent.
- Go to your form page.
- Select Edit Page.
- Select the arrow next to Done, then choose More page options.
Select the Form tab, then choose Set up form approval.
Add the approval individual or group. If you add a group, all members will be notified but only one approval from the group is required.
- Select Set up form approvers.
